Welcome to GG Hotels Group (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “GG Hotels”), accessible at www.gghotels.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including hotel reservations, car rentals, and tour bookings across Oman.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. General Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- Prices listed are in Omani Rials (ر.ع.) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- GG Hotels Group reserves the right to amend prices, services, or terms at any time.
2. Hotel Reservations
Booking
- Bookings can be made via www.gghotels.com.
- A valid payment method is required at the time of booking.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM local time
- Check-out: by 12:00 PM local time
- Early check-in or late check-out may be requested and is subject to availability and additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in for most properties.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.
No-Show Policy
- Failure to arrive without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and may result in full charge for the stay.
3. Car Rentals
Eligibility
- Minimum driver age: 21 years
- Valid driver’s license (local or international) and national ID/passport are required.
Rental Terms
- Rental includes a 250 km/day mileage limit; excess mileage will incur additional charges.
- Fuel is not included; cars must be returned with the same fuel level.
- A refundable deposit may be required at pick-up.
Damage & Liability
- Renters are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance.
- Comprehensive insurance coverage is available; terms vary by vehicle.
4. Tours & Excursions
- All tours require advance booking and are subject to availability.
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to departure.
- GG Hotels is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, road conditions, or third-party providers.
5. Payments
- Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards and selected online payment platforms.
- All payments must be made in full to confirm reservations.
- Invoices and payment receipts will be issued electronically.
6. User Conduct
- You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing harmful software, or misrepresenting yourself.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts or cancel bookings if we believe there is any abuse or fraud.
7. Privacy
- We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we protect your data.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- While we strive to provide accurate information, GG Hotels Group is not liable for typographical errors, service disruptions, or inaccurate availability.
